Refund Policy

1. The Guarantee

Every paid tier — The Vault ($24.99), Vault + Agency Kit ($49.99), and The Operator Bundle ($79.99) — is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you decide the product is not for you within 30 days of the purchase date, we issue a full refund of the price you paid (excluding any non-refundable third-party fees where they apply, see Section 7).

We mean "no questions asked." We will not ask you to justify your decision, fill in forms, watch a retention video, or jump on a call. Your time is worth more than $24.99.

2. Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

• The refund request is received within 30 calendar days of the original purchase timestamp on your Stripe / PayPal receipt.
• The order has not been the subject of a chargeback or payment dispute that is still open with the card issuer.
• You are the original purchaser using the email on the order.

3. How to Request a Refund

One email. One sentence. That's it.

• Body:include your order email, the order number from your Dodo/Stripe receipt, and the words "refund me."

We aim to acknowledge within one business day and approve within two business days. The refund settles to your original payment method in 3–5 business days for cards, sometimes longer for international wires or PayPal balances depending on your bank.

4. What Happens to Your Access

When a refund is approved, we revoke access to the digital assets, the Notion vault link, and any active download links associated with the order. You agree to delete your local copies of the workflow JSON files, prompts, decks, and other assets included in your tier. Continued commercial use of the assets after a refund constitutes a breach of our Terms of Service.

5. Partial Refunds & Tier Changes

Already bought The Vault and want to upgrade to Vault + Agency Kit or the Operator Bundle? Email us — we credit your earlier order against the upgrade price so you only pay the difference. No need to refund-and-rebuy.

Bought a higher tier and want to step down? We refund the difference between tiers, provided you are still inside the 30-day window.

6. Outside the 30-Day Window

We do not offer refunds beyond 30 days. We do, however, honour every lifetime-update promise — if a workflow stops working because of a third-party API change and we ship a fix, you get the fix free, even years later. If something breaks and you cannot find the fix, email us and we will help you find or rebuild it.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

• Bundle purchases where you have already exercised the commercial license to deliver paid client work using the assets, with evidence of delivery.
• Custom-build engagements (one-on-one consulting, bespoke workflow builds) once work has begun.
• Third-party fees that the underlying processor (Stripe, PayPal) does not return when we refund the order — these are rare and small (typically < $0.50). Where they apply, we disclose and absorb them ourselves so you receive the full order amount.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

We prefer refunds to chargebacks because chargebacks cost us a flat fee plus the disputed amount, and the resolution takes weeks. If you have any concern about your order, please email us first. We have never refused a legitimate refund inside the 30-day window.

Filing a chargeback for an order you have already used at scale, or after the 30-day window, may be considered fraudulent and handled accordingly under our Terms.

9. Statutory Rights (EU / UK)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent UK regulations. Because our products are digital goods that are delivered immediately, by completing checkout you expressly agree to start delivery immediately and acknowledge that you waive the statutory withdrawal right once the digital content has been made available to you. Our 30-day commercial guarantee is more generous than the 14-day statutory window and applies regardless.
